HireFirst was founded with a clear mission: to support First Nations People finding good jobs and building successful careers.
The HireFirst Foundation plays a key role in this mission and aims to provide accessible, culturally sensitive education to bridge gaps and open up meaningful opportunities.
Our goal is simple – to empower individuals with the skills they need for a brighter future, honoring their cultural heritage while helping them thrive in their careers.
The skills and training area our programs currently on include:
- Employability skills
- Digital literacy and access
- Leadership development
- Cultural safety in the workplace
