Green by Nature offers a wide range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients and communities. These include landscape and horticulture management, sports turf maintenance, design and construction, mowing and vegetation control, grounds and asset management, tree management, irrigation and water management, environmental management, consultancy, and indoor plant services. Our services cater to various sectors such as government, sports turf, commercial and infrastructure, education, and community and residential properties.
Employment Opportunities

We also offer apprenticeship programs in Cert III Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, and Sports Turf Management, supporting the growth and development of both young and mature-age apprentices.
Who we are looking for
Having prior experience in our sector is valued however it is not always essential in many of our roles. As long as you are a hard worker with a passion for working outdoors and getting stuck in, you would be a perfect candidate.
Other success factors include:
- A clean and current driver’s licence with the ability to drive a manual
- Being a team player with a positive attitude—helping out your teammates needs to be second nature
- A commitment to adhering to the company's health and safety procedures
- Tons of motivation with a strong desire to get the job done
- Physical fitness—the role involves a lot of walking and heavy lifting
