  About the ILSC Indigenous Traineeship Program   Traineeships are a combination of paid work and structured training over a period of 12 to 24 months, depending on the qualification. At the end of your traineeship, you will have the advantage of a nationally recognised qualification and practical, on-the-job experience.  Traineeships are available in : IT Administration Project Management Pastrol/Agribusiness other corporate functions Our Indigenous Trainees are directly employed by a Group Training Organisation and hosted at an ILSC office or property.
