The Canberra Raiders hosted sessions at the Raiders Centre in Braddon. Indigenous Raiders players co-facilitated many of the sessions which included them sharing their own stories, culture and experiences.
Particpants gained specific training in to equip them for entry-level employment requirements for the construction industry. They were then provided opportunities to connect with local employers from the construction sector who had pledged available jobs and career paths for participants.
