The opportunity
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Room Leader or experienced and qualified educator to join our Mill Park team. In this role, you will guide daily room operations, support educators, and build strong relationships with children and families while delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.
This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity requiring availability to work a 4-week rotational roster, inclusive of early, middle, and late shifts. The role may also offer flexibility for a monthly RDO arrangement where operationally suitable. Salary and classification will be determined based on qualifications and level of responsibility within the role (Educator or Room Leader).

Mill Park Heights Child Care Centre has been delivering early childhood education within the City of Whittlesea for the past 30 years. Our Long Daycare Centre is open from 7am-6 pm Monday to Friday and closes for 2 weeks over the Christmas period.
