What's the Opportunity?

We’re on the lookout for Early Childhood Educators (Cert III or Diploma) to join our friendly team at two of our Kindergartens: Eucalyptus Parade Kindergarten in Donnybrook, and Kirrip Kindergarten in Wollert. Enjoy working with a supportive team within a not-for-profit organisation, with the benefits of being employed under the VECTEA award and generous staff discounts.

We have the following positions currently available:

  • Eucalyptus Parade (Donnybrook): 1 x Part -Time Educator – 4 days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri) in our 3- & 4-year-old kinder room. Opportunity to pick up additional casual hours if desired.
  • Kirrip (Wollert):
    • 1 x Part -Time Educator – 2.5 days per week (Mon, Tues & Thurs) in our 3- & 4-year-old kinder room
    • 1 x Part -Time Educator – 2.5 days per week (Wed, Thurs & Fri) in our 4-year-old kinder room
  • Eucalyptus Parade/Kirrip: 2 x casual Educators

What do we hope you'll bring?

  • Legal right to live and work in Australia.
  • WWCC & Police Check (International Police check if you have lived outside Australia in the last 5 years).
  • Driver's license and a car, with the willingness to travel to our various sites.
  • Be able to share stories on how you embody the spirit of fun, creativity, and warmth. How you bring joy through storytelling, embrace the wonder of childhood, and create laughter-filled experiences.
  • A passion for inspiring young minds and a playful spirit.
  • Knowledge of EYLF, Child Safe standards and Child Development.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma quals.
  • Certificate III in Children Services, or Diploma in Children Services (or equivalent).
