What’s the opportunity?

We're on the lookout for two enthusiastic Room Leaders to join our dedicated, supportive and friendly team at Orchard Road Community and Early Learning Centre in Doreen. Working as part of an experienced team, enjoy an above ratio role that supports the delivery of a high-quality program, with ample opportunities for professional development.

We have two full-time opportunities – one permanent and one 12-month parental leave cover, with shifts ranging from 6:30am - 6:30pm.

What do we hope you'll bring?

  • Minimum Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA).
  • Demonstrated experience working as a qualified Educator, ideally with experience in a Room Leader role.    
  • A passion for inspiring young minds and a playful spirit.
  • Fresh ideas and be able to share stories on how you embody the spirit of fun, creativity, and warmth. 
  • Legal right to live and work in Australia.
  • Working with Children Check and Police Check (International Police check if you have lived outside Australia in the last 5 years).
  • Current nationally recognised CPR, First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.
