What do we need you to do? As the Clinical Quality Analyst, you will develop and implement analytical solutions, provide insights to improve clinical outcomes, communicate findings to stakeholders, conduct data analysis, support governance processes, collaborate with teams for reporting, coach local teams, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Seniors Services directorate. As the Clinical Quality Analyst your role specifically will: Develop and implement analytical solutions to identify trends and drive improvements. Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders for governance and reporting. Conduct data analysis to uncover patterns and trends in clinical and service data. Monitor and report on clinical care and service data to support governance processes. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance clinical outcomes.
