The role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solutions Specialist to join our team. At Crown Resorts we are currently going through a transition of systems for our HR function to streamline our processes. This role will predominantly be working on the implementation and ongoing support for the rollout of Workday. You will also be responsible for; building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and act as the subject matter expert by providing specific and accurate systems advice and support to BU’s across the Crown Resorts Group acting as the first point of contact for support from the business team and deliver IT solutions in an efficient and effective manner and standardised approach maintain and oversee of the Calendar of activities required to be completed by the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team. Conduct system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and efficient system functionality Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner establish standards and processes in line with best practice and enable the delivery of scalable and high-quality solutions across the Crown Resorts Group. About you To be successful in this role you will be an experienced solutions specialist who has the ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams. Ideally you will have worked with HR systems and specifically Workday in order to provide the business with subject matter expertise . You will also have; Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline essential i.e. Information Technology Experience providing IT solutions in a complex business with a variety of different stakeholders to manage Experience contributing to projects and managing small scale projects Proven ability to communicate well with all areas and levels of an organisation Exceptional probity and credit clearance and ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences.
