Stepping Stone House provides a safe place for children and young people at risk or experiencing homelessness so they can begin to heal, build resilience, create connections and become the very best they can be.
Products and Services: The Stepping Stone House Vision is to end Youth Homelessness in Australia. We are a dedicated community, providing long-term accommodation and support for young people aged 12 – 24 years old. We stand out from many homeless refuges as a dedicated community providing a home-away-from-home environment; with full-time care and an opportunity for our young people to take as long as they need to get back on their feet and thrive. Our support offers a range of programs and services aimed at addressing various social issues and supporting individuals. We focus on the following key areas to build our children and young people’s well being and independence:
Wellness – through counselling and trauma informed care

Emotional resilience – developing self-confidence and self-esteem
